Limited Warranty

What is covered: All parts defective in material or workmanship.

Spyder2 Colorimeter - 2 years from date of purchase
Datacolor 1005 Spectrocolorimeter - 1 year from date of purchase

What we will do: Repair or replace the unit free of charge.

What we will not do: We will not pay service labor costs, shipping or transportation.

Other conditions: This warranty only covers the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover defects cause by mishandling or misuse of the Monitor Spyder.

WE WILL NOT PAY ANY KIND OF DAMAGES CAUSED BY A DEFECTIVE SPYDER2 or 1005 Spectrocolorimeter, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the Spyder2 or 1005 Spectrocolorimeter (not including taxes or shipping charges). Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

State law rights: IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF 90 DAYS. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
