How to order
Welcome to the ColorVision online store. The easiest way to order Spyders (or any of our other products) on the web. If you're not sure how to order or what our policies are, please continue to read through the following sections.

Online orders
We accept online orders from North and South America as well as Asia. For European orders, please visit our European Web site or call 1-609-895-7430. Shipping
We provide the following shipping and handling fees for all ColorVision shipments. You choose the method that best suits your schedule. Orders will generally be processed in 5-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you may choose one of the following shipping options:

PLEASE NOTE: ColorVision cannot ship to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses. ColorVision uses the best carriers in the business but cannot guarantee specific delivery times or dates for these carriers. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged for orders delivered to Arkansas, California, Georgia, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont and Virginia.

We have technical support specialists who are waiting to help you. Our technical support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Security and Privacy
We strive to ensure the privacy and security of your transactions with us. (Read our complete privacy statement.) Your credit card number and other personal data will be treated with high standards of safety, security features, and confidentiality.

Orders placed on our web site are encrypted using SSL technology, so rest assured that your transactions are protected to the fullest extent possible under SSL. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information sent via the Internet can be encrypted and directed to arrive privately and unaltered to our server only. In order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser.

To return your online or telephone purchase:
ColorVision offers a 30 day "No Questions Asked" return policy. To return a product, contact ColorVision Customer Service via telephone (1-800-554-8688 or 1-609-895-7430) to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for shipping the product back to ColorVision. Please send the product, shipping charges prepaid, to the location you received over the phone, accompanied by your name, address, telephone number and proof of purchase date. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

ColorVision Limited Warranty Statement
All sales of hardware are governed by the ColorVision Monitor Spyder™ limited warranty. ColorVision software warranties are contained in the ColorVision Software License.

Upon discovery of a defect in the product (Monitor Spyder only):
If you're within the Warranty Period, please contact ColorVision Technical Support (1-800-554-8688 or 1-609-895-7430) to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number and instructions for shipping the product to a service location designated by ColorVision. Send the product, shipping charges prepaid, to the designated service location, accompanied by the RMA number, your name, address and telephone number, proof of purchase date, and a description of the defect. ColorVision will pay for return shipping by UPS or by an equivalent service chosen by ColorVision. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Corrections
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and ColorVision reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
